Facebook Post #1
This is my first Facebook post! It also happens to be my first blog post as well. This blog is all about fighting the freshman 15', and how to stay healthy at Rowan University during a busy schedule. 12 people were reached on this post. I believe I did not receive any likes because I did not do anything to reach out to the audience before my first post. I could have posted other links, videos, or pictures before posting my first blog post to introduce my page and attract more of an audience.
Facebook Post #2
This is my second Facebook post. For this post, I shared my second blog post. This blog post is about how to meal prep. I include pictures and step by step instructions on how to meal prep at school to stay healthy. This post reached 10 people who viewed my post.
Facebook Post #3
This is my 3rd Facebook post. For this post, I reposted my first blog after I edited it. The first blog was about how to fight the freshman 15. After editing the blog, I decided to make it about how to avoid stress eating during finals week. In the post, I refer to Rowan University, and ways to save money while staying healthy using your Rowan card. This post reached 12 people who viewed my post! This is the most I have had yet!
Facebook Post #4
For my fourth Facebook post, I decided to post about my third blog post. My third blog is about different fitness apps that can be downloaded to help make your fitness journey easier. I really enjoyed writing this blog post, as I was able to talk about things I use every day and am very familiar with. It was a very informational blog, but it was fun to write it! This post received 7 people who viewed it.
Facebook Post #5
This 5th blog post, I posted a video clip from Youtube that shows you a 10 minute ab workout. I decided it would be a good idea to attract my audience by sharing things that would be useful for them. I thought by sharing this video, it would attract to college students who are struggling to find time to workout in their busy schedules. Only one person reached this page, as I posted it later than the rest of my posts.
Facebook Post #6
The 6th blog post I did was a motivational quote. I thought since it was Wednesday, it was a good idea to post some motivation to get my audience through the second half of the week. I thought since the week way halfway done, a motivational quote that says, "if you are persistent, you will get it. If you are consistent, you will keep it" will help motivate my audience to keep working hard towards their goals. I received 5 people who viewed this post!
Facebook Post #7
For this 7th Facebook post, I decided to share a healthy recipe with my audience. I found a really good zucchini noodles with avocado pesto and shrimp recipe that I thought looked delicious, and did not seem too difficult to make. I think sharing recipes is a good way to attract an audience, as it is something you have to offer for them. It's free to click on the link to see the recipe, and it's interesting to read about different healthy recipes! I received 5 people to view this page.
Facebook Post #8
For this 8th Facebook post, I decided to share a link to Teen Vogue. This article talks about different ways you can eat healthy in college, provides tips and offers advice. Since I just wrote a blog post on how to stay healthy and eat healthy in college, I thought it would be a good idea to share a link to another source so my audience could get more insight about the topic. I received 4 people to view this page.
Facebook Post #9
For my 9th Facebook post, I shared my final reflection on Smore to my viewers. I thought it would be interesting to change things up for them, and instead of reading things about fitness and different ways to stay healthy, to read about my own personal journey throughout the course of this semester. I think it would be a good idea for my audience to read about my feelings on my writing, as well see my insight on blogging. I received 2 people to view this page, only because I posted this very late and did not screenshot the picture with enough time for people to have viewed it.
